This quilt was made for an over sized king bed. It measures 110" x 125" totally scrapp, even has some old kitchen curtain fabric in this one. The only pic I have of it after it was quilted is one of it folded up. But I do have a pic of the full top and one of the top folded in half. This quilt no longer resides with me. It was sent to someone who loves it dearly. It was hard for me to part with. I going to enter this into the 2014 Bloggers Quilt festival under the large quilt catagory. I plan to make another one of these soon.
WOW! this is a spectacular scrap quilt! LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteLove this quilt! It looks absolutely amazing on the wood floor. Good luck with your entry in the Festival!
ReplyDeleteI love the warm rich colors in this beauty :)
ReplyDeletePew... That what I call a large quilt. No wonder it's getting lots of love :)
ReplyDeleteWow, this quilt looks so hard, maybe it's the whole "hexagon" look. I can certainly see why you would want another one like it in our home.
ReplyDeleteI love this quilt and especially the fact there is no edge on it - it's great!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite string quilt EVER. Traditional block, wonderfully enlarged, modern setting.all those fabrics. Bravo!
